Managing Principal Accountant.

Adrian is the Managing Principal Accountant at IAS, Adrian started his career in Accounting as a graduate from UniSA. He has grown IAS to service over 1,000 + clients over the past 6 years. 
 

Adrian is passionate about business and helps many small to medium sized businesses with compliance, tax planning and advice to ensure each business can reach it's full potential.

Zara Deji

Practice Manager.

Zara has been with IAS since 2017 where she began her career as a graduate accountant after graduating with a bachelor's degree in Commerce. Zara now uses her extensive experience to guide the team as the practice manager here at IAS. 

 

As a Chinese native Zara is bilingual, being fluent in both Mandarin & English.  Zara's approach to all client's is thorough and comprehensive no matter whether they are small or large. She has significant experience in relation to complex small business taxation matters.

Tahlia Tsakrios

Office manager/ Bookkeeper.

Tahlia has held the position of Office Manager/Bookeeper at IAS since early 2020. Tahlia is a Xero certified bookkeeper and is currently undertaking a Diploma in Accounting to further her skills in taxation and SME accounting. She is a Xero certified Advisor and also a payroll specialist.

 

Tahlia is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the day to day operations of the workplace and uses her management skills to support the directors and provide prompt friendly service to all clients.

Shawn Chen

Accountant.

Shawn joined IAS in 2022 as a graduate accountant with a Masters in Accounting &
Marketing. As a CPA Associate member, Shawn delivers professional and personalized tax accounting services for a range of SME’s at IAS, with particular expertise in managing complex taxation and accounting matters for small businesses.

As a Chinese native, Shawn is fluent in both Mandarin and English and is able to
comprehensively advise all his clients on complex taxation issues in a way that is easy to
understand.
